Billy Caldwell spent three decades in the U.S. Air Force and federal service, culminating as a GG-15 leader at the National Reconnaissance Office, briefing the CISO, CIO and Principal Deputy Director.
As Program Manager, he oversaw a $300M+ enterprise cybersecurity contract spanning defensive cyber operations, governance and compliance — and led the shift from legacy fee-for-service models to a modern, firm-fixed-price managed service paradigm.
Today, he pairs that institutional rigor with hands-on full-stack engineering to ship secure AI products fast.
